2009 Civic Si Transmission Problems

Hello, I am purchasing a new 2009 Civic Si Sedan within the next two weeks. I have been reading up on all of the transmission problems in the 2006-2008 models and was wondering if the 2009's are experiencing the same problems as the older models regarding transmission issues. Thanks a bunch.

I have had my 09 Si since October and haven't had any problems at all, currently at 5,100 miles.

Has Honda solved the 3rd gear pop out/grind on the 09 Civic Si Sedan?
