Oil changes?

Hey guys, it's been a while since i've logged in, and i've added some mods..
Anywho, i was going to get my oil changed, and i was wondering what kind of motor oil you put in your car, as long with tranny?

I use Mobil 1 Synthedic 5w - 30. For the Tranny I use the newer Honda Manual Tranny fluid. However, I think a lot of people are using Amsol and Royal Purple, and are quite happy with it.
