F'n Pissed!!!! DOOR DING

so I got a 2008 FA5 in TW & it has like 4500 miles on it...perfect condition, no dings

until now....
today I go to Circuit City & park about 5 cars out from the next car & I come out & there is a HUGE door ding in my passenger side door....I mean they got me real good...black paint to go along w/ it...I look around & the car that is 2 spots over is a beat up black camry, so I'm sure they dinged me & moved over a spot. Needless to say, I'm pretty damn pissed...makes me not even like the car anymore (sounds bad but that's truthfully how i feel)....I'm sure it's gonna cost anywehre from $150-$200 to get teh damn thing taken out.

anyone have experience or a guess as to how much this may cost? It's about the size of a nickel.

black paint always makes it look 10x worse or more, a good dentbuster could get it done for $70-80, mine does great guy.

how bad is yours though? I mean they must've literally slammed their door as hard as they could into my side. not only did it make a nice big ding, but if u look at it from the side u can see how it kind of dented all the way up the car b/c it was so deep at the main location of the ding.

I always park in the most remote area of the lot, even if I have to walk an extra minute in pouring rain. I don't mind taking up more than one spot either. You should have checked there door for fresh paint flecks. Cars get dented up though, nothing you can do about it. Sometimes I wish I had an old car again so I wouldn't care about it.

In houston, if you do take up more than one space, people will go out of their way to f' your car up solely because it makes 'em salty.....yes salty (aka upset or sandy)

I'll park out in the middle of no where and i'll come out and some jackass will park right next to me. It never seems to fail.

I know how you feel. Some jackass dinged my door and rammed a shopping cart into it, now there's a huuuge dent in the bottom panel underneath the doors and a crease in my door.

I got up first thing this morning & took it into Dent Wizard... $100 + tax, which was less than I thought it'd be considering how bad it was....the last ding I got taken out of my Prelude was not nearly as bad as this one & they charged me $140 then.

Some people have no common sense whatsoever! I was at Target shopping with my wife about 2 weeks ago... came out to the car (we were driving her 07 ASM FG1) and the second we came out of the store I looked down the row saw the last thing you ever want to see coming out of the store. Shopping cart sitting against the back bumper. I was like nooooooo haha. I picked up the pace in my stride when I saw it... the damage wasnt too bad but it did leave a one inch indentation in the bumper right on the top lip close to the trunk. If you didnt know it was there you'd miss it and thats all because its ASM. This color is pretty nice when it comes to scratches and dents.

one thing i will never do is take up more than one spot. i'm afraid someone will ding me on purpose cause i took two spots. instead i just send my wife into the store and i sit outside in the car. you would be amazed how many people are careless until they look into the car and see you sitting there, then they hold there door from hitting your car. cannot count how many times this has happened.
