Should I keep these wheels or get Mugens?

Should I keep these wheels or get Mugen's? I am not going back to originals, but I think these are to heavy. They look great, helps with handling but I'm taking a slight mpg hit. Now I can live with it but what do you guys think?

Is this a rhetorical question because I think you already know the answer.

Get mugens for the look, use originals for the MPG. If your so intersted style you should have picked up a LX civic instead.
Some guys with non hybrid civics might be getting the same milage as you with your heavier wheels

I'm getting about an avg 36 mpg. but that is still w/o adopting a grandma driving style. I still think i'm getting better gas mileage then most.

That may be why so many sets of GP's are F/S.

Thanks. Well I had an 02 before and there wasn't much of a difference, the r18 and the hybrid didn't feel that different when I test drove them, but I wasn't able to get them both up to the speeds that I normally drive. But now that I have had the hybrid and put these wheels on it I have gotten it up to 95mph pretty quick(with the original wheels I didn't feel like it handles so well).

I don't mind spending the money on the Mugens, if it means that it looks and handles better and I'm getting good gas mileage. But since I already have 18" tires I was thinking that I would switch for the same size and save some money.

My Enkei JS-M 17s weigh in at 15lbs each, and i am now getting about 40-42 mpg in sunny weather. 36mpg on a hybrid is not very good, i would definitley get some new wheels, just make sure they don't weigh too much.
