Here is a video that I made, it's about the trunk lid, and the way that I found to raise it automatically.
I do not know if your trunk lid raise automatically, probably yes, but not the European version

The cause is the original springs, they are very strong, and at the end of the opening has that effect.
the solution is to put a softer rubber where both sides come together to minimize the effect
