CEL:Code P0135 - Heat Circuit Malfunction

Has anyone had the CEL come on? I just checked and a P0135 came up. I have an 08 hch, has anyone gotten this taken care of at the dealership?

Sounds like a dead heater element in an oxygen sensor. Should have no issues whatsoever getting it warranty'd.

The dealership says that if i have aftermarket amps/speakers it can through a code and loose voltage to the 02 sensor.

What a load of sh*t...

They are making it up to avoid covering it unless the hybrid has a very veak electrical system, which I doubt.

I have a 2500 watt system in my 06hch with just over 50k on it. I haven't even had a light dim on auto stop with the volume at 70 of 80. This is one of the most robust electrical systems i've ever seen, and I've been in car audio over 17 years. If the dealer tries to tell you that you SPEAKERS are to blame, call Honda America and tell the customer service center about your ordeal. Most likely they'll send you a coupon for a free oil change, at the very least.
