The Hybrid is Tier 2 Bin 2 on emissions. The rest of the Civic line is Tier 2 Bin 5, which is a lower standard, achievable by the majority of other cars. The one exception is the Civic GX, which has limited availability. It is partial-zero in emissions, but I don't know what its level is in relation to the rest.
Actually, The Civic Hybrid is cleaner than the Toyota Prius (Tier 2 Bin 3). |
