AC Problems

Hi everyone, 06 Hybrid here. Anyone having trouble with their AC? Mine intermitently blew hot and cool air and now doesn't blow any cool air at all. When I push the air valve in on high and low side I get hot air. This is a closed system so I didn't expect anything other than refrigerant. Any suggestions? Dealer charged us $200 to say the Hybrid mechanic isn't here, but we think it's the compressor. I thought there were two compressors.

you refrigerant maybe low the clutch on your compressor may not be activating or the compressor may not be working at all and check fuses

Don't have an owners manual. bought it used. checking online it looks like fuses 22 and 36. is this correct? also, tried refrigerant and it wouldn't take any. compressor does look like it has been hot.
