I would consider doing it if someone gave me an EX rear suspension for free. It would still be A LOT of work though.

I did a rear disc swap on my 1989 Accord Coupe, It was as simple as swapping the entire rear suspension knuckles and all, Proportioning valve, and running the E brake cables.
