Stock ex muffler all polished up!

I was bored today when I got off of work early. I was staring at my muffler and wondering what it would look like all polished. I'm good with polishing, so off i went. It came out great though. I'm thinking about polishing all four ex wheels.

here some pictures...

you can see me!

I'm going to try get some pictures of it on the car. Next is wheels!

Looks pretty sweet even though I'm not really a fan of the polished muffler look.
BTW if you are gonna polish the wheels you will have to find a way to strip them down to bare aluminum (the wheels come painted). Also the bare aluminum may not stay shiny long, it may oxidize and turn dull.

air craft remover will do the trick for the wheels. i've polished wheels before and never had a problem. only thing I had to do is reapply mothers wheel/mag polish every once a month.

Aircraft remover, thats some nasty stuff! The wheels don't have any texture do they? If so that would probably be a pain to get them smooth. Good luck, that will probably look awesome when you are done. Make sure to post up some pics!

Post up the wheels once they are done. It took me a good 3 days to polish up my FNs.

What type of polish did you use on the stock muffler? Is it aluminum or mild steel?

I have always been a fan of polished stock wheels. Post your pics of the EX wheels when you're done.
