Downpipe replaces the A pipe (the pipe that connects the cat to the long b-pipe) with a bigger 2.25" diameter pipe. It would fit stock exhaust (but they recommend at least an axle-back) and I've fit it with the Magnaflow catback (which is also 2.25"). I dunno if it would fit the ti-C but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't. It allows more air to get to the catback so you'll feel some gains. Only downside to it is the drone. It gets loud and doesn't make your catback sound clean like it should. It will be loud in the cabin since it's located in the front so be ready to talk a little louder if you have a passanger. Other than that, it's great, it works, but some may like it and some don't. Enjoy!
