Doesn't really seem to be worth the 125 dollar then... Does it actually help kick the exhaust alil atleast?

you will need the down pipe and the "test pipe" for better gains in mid range torque and a little bit better top end, megan is supposedly working on the "test pipe" right now, just wait for that and get yourself an aftermarket exhaust first or intake

Check out the wepaon r "header" / test pipe. I have it on my car with an intake and just an axle back and it has very noticable gains. I neglected to put the B pipe on with it until i get a full exhaust.

Does the Megan down pipe completely replace the OEM pipe and premuffler? Or does it connect right too it?

of course it will fit the Ti-C
doesn't really matter what exhaust you have because it's a cat back. Your downpipe is located before it.

Downpipe replaces the A pipe (the pipe that connects the cat to the long b-pipe) with a bigger 2.25" diameter pipe. It would fit stock exhaust (but they recommend at least an axle-back) and I've fit it with the Magnaflow catback (which is also 2.25"). I dunno if it would fit the ti-C but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't. It allows more air to get to the catback so you'll feel some gains. Only downside to it is the drone. It gets loud and doesn't make your catback sound clean like it should. It will be loud in the cabin since it's located in the front so be ready to talk a little louder if you have a passanger. Other than that, it's great, it works, but some may like it and some don't. Enjoy!
