06 SI, oil pan crack, broken motor mount ?

Just picked up 06 SI, oil pan is leaking, looks like crack on RH side next to sub frame. Was looking over everything and noticed the RH [pass side] upper motor mount is welded, I'm fairly sure it was a one piece casting from factory, dont get me wrong its a nice Tig weld, looks factory, but I'd say it was repaired. That may explain the motor dropping and pan hitting the sub frame, anyone here of this problem ?

The engine is not the original, the donor vehicle was in a accident which caused the said damage.

that blows, but this is not the first time ive heard that happen, someone on h-t had pretty much the exact same problem and his insurance was giving him a hard time about it. unless youre the same guy....
