L X logo

I bought a 2006 Civic

L X 4dr with a standard 5 speed. All my owners information says my model is an L X . However there is no L X logo on the rear panel of my Civic. Is this normal or should there be an L X logo on the rear panel.

As far as I know the only model with a trim emblem is the Si. Your car is normal.

my 06 civic lx doesn't have a logo. I'm glad

Maybe the dealership debadged? Anyways. . .it will look better without it, you should also take off the Civic logo too.

No. It's not debadged. DX, LX and EX trims do not have the badge that indicates trim level. Only the Si carries an extra badge on the trunk. If you really want one that says "LX" you could get one that was for a 7th gen from your local Honda dealer.

I'm very glad my LX didn't come with an emblem, but just out of curiosity, why did Honda decide not to put emblems on the DX/LX/EX?

prob cuz theres barely a difference to them, maybe something to do with all having the same engine other than the SI< which might i ad is great

Don't forget hybrid. But yes, you're right. The DX/LX/EX models do not have any distinguishing labels.
