I got 0-60 in 12.04 sec in my EX coupe. You may get a little slower, being a sedan.

I just looked the times up

from autos.msn.com/research
0 - 60 times (coupes)
Si (6M) - 7.38
LX (5M) - 8.04
DX (5M) - 8.18
EX (5A) - 9.52

Quarter Time and Speed(coupes)
Si (6M) - 15.68 @ 93.20
LX (5M) - 16.31 @ 87.90
DX (5M) - 16.44 @ 86.70
EX (5A) - 17.35 @ 82.00

I don't think I trust my girlfriend timing me. At the time, she was trying to prve me wrong ( she was saying that her Neon was as fast or slow as it may be as my 06 Civic 0 - 60 )

Hmm, I think I'll time myself next time.

i wouldn't trust those numbers either. 15.68 for the si in the 1/4? We have already seen bone stock si's break into the high 14s.

Road and Track has the Si listed at 6.6 to 60 and 15 even in the 1/4 mile and the EX w/ MT at 8.9 to 60 and 16.8 in the 1/4 mile. I was at Englishtown Raceway Park a few weeks ago and a stock Si was running 15.1 all day so I say that should be right.

guy ran a 14.2 with a slightly modified Si on fgcoup.com all he had was greedy exhaust. People are running 14.5 - 14.7 with completely stock Si's. Search this forum.

There is an SI 1/4 thread out there already.

we know what you are talking about, the point that is being made is that the times listed in automotive magazines or on automotive sites are, for the most part, wrong. No need to get upset about it. Just trying to help!

Its cool I am not getting upset, just trying to keep it on track. Because if there are 100 pages and no real non SI times then the thread is useless.

I haven't seen ne time slips yet for the people that claim under 15 sec 1/4 mile for the si. I don't mean to affend ne one but i think that the best times that we can consider are the ones posted on the internet by trusted sites and trusted magazines because they have pros testing out the si. There is no way that a regular guy can out perform them by that much. Also, honda claims 6.7 0-60, some of you stockers claim less which is funny, why would honda downgrade themselves. All the magazines are quoting ~7 AND ~15+ for quater mile. Sorry to break it to you some of you si guys, but the si is not that fast of a car. It is all you people that give us honda drivers a bad rep. Theres a good reason for honda to downgrade the hp, but why the race stats?

On a side note, 12 seconds is probably the wrong time you got. I got 0-100km(canada) in around 8.5 and i wasn't redlining it yet.
