Yes It's a is tow hitch. It's for my bike rack. I did not get the wiring harness for it because I don't tow a trailer.

I just wish it could be hidden more!!

Uh...they're stock Si. That's 215, right? And I did some calculations on one of the sites posted in the Wheels and Tires Upgrade section. Speedo wise, it's so close it's not worth worrying about. I'm still getting 37-ish mpg. I hit 39.4 on one tank 2 weeks ago running roughly 75 the whole way.

I'm located in Ottawa, Canada and the picture was taken at a location called the "Ottawa Congress Centre." It's a place for like meetings, conventions, car shows, etc.

Here is a rough overview of what it looks like from a far: http://www.ottawacongresscentre.com/location/index.html

If you look on the bottom right hand corner, you'll see the location of where I took my picture.. you can sort of see all the lights hanging from the ceiling. There's also a really cool waterfall there too.
