I think is bye bye for my r18 sedan...

Hi to all,
Well, I think I will be saying goodbye to my baby r18. You guys are going to burn my a$$, here is my story. I live in Puerto Rico, here hondas are way over priced, my HFP LX cost me $25,500 without the decklid spoiler! Yesterday I got to test drive the new 200hp Nissan Se-r Spec-V, and boy does this thing have balls! This car pulls very hard, and the engine sounds awesome, it is a different beast compared to the last generation Se-r's. I also test drove the paddle shifting 177hp se-r, and that one did not impress me, its performance is like the older se-r's, so the Si's will win over the regular se-r easy. Well, to end my story, se-r specv cost here $23,500! and Si sedan? $29,500! This is a no brainer!

Nothing wrong with your decision. You're getting far more for your money.

The Si is not worth 29 grand no matter how you look at it. The Spec-V will be a fine replacement for your R-18.

Go for it, many would argue to get the civic, but for the price...no way. not in your situation

i like the keyless entry with those cars

you dont need to take your keys out as long as your within proximity you can open the doors without taking the keys out. thats neat.

Yeah thats cool if you don't have a speed pass for tolls. The speed pass has been known to kill their smart keys(or whatever they call 'em).

Dont forget that the Sentra is also much better built than the Canadian built POS Civics. I hope you get the sentra. your making a great choice. -1 for Honda,+1 for Nissan!

Nope...he is right with the price. I looked at cars when I was in my favorite land of PR....and they are so damn expensive. Good luck with the new ride man...personally id say you should:

¡Consiga a algunos cubanos para construir una balsa, y entonces ir a Miami, compra un Si y entonces lo puso en la balsa y nade ese chico malo sobre a Puerto Rico! lmao

(my spanigh might be a little off....)

read the reviews on the spec-v. it has mad torque steer. also, its ugly.

i almost got one myself, but ended up getting a lx coupe instead :)

i didnt need the extra $$ on my insurance, its already high enough.

Good luck with your purchase. Hopefully the Nissan will have the same reliability as the Honda.
