The story of my Civic. (on-going)

First off, I do not expect this thread to become anything great. I do not expect it to entertain. I hope maybe at best it will help someone figure out how some of the things done to my car look, and maybe just maybe persuade someone to attempt one or two of my little projects.

I can almost promise that at first you will think WTF? this is nothing! and thats true. Right now I am working borderline full time as well as going to school full time year round (what summer?). So, the things I do will be spread out due to time and cost.

First, some background on my car-

I bought my car on July 3rd (tomorrow) 2006. It was bought from Airport Honda in East Tennessee (stand up guys really, gave us and my g/f's family a great deal on honda cars). My car is a 5 speed Galaxy Gray EX Coupe. The only things not added to this car- Navi and fogs. She now has just shy of 10,000 miles, and purrs like the day I bought her!

What have I done to her so far (will include pictures of some things when I get the chance)-

20% Window Tint with none on the front window
Interior Illumination Kit (will include pictures in the future incase you're curious)
Synthetic Transmission Fluid

Awaiting Install-
Tail Tints

On Order-
TWM Short Shifter/bushings

Planned-
HID retrofit (TSX or S2000) with cleared corners
Motegi Tracklites (17x7) with 225/45/17 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's
SI Trunk Swap (if anyone with a GG SI in a close area wants to swap lets
make a deal)
AJP Stainless Steel Brake Lines

Possible-
HFP Suspension kit or another suspension kit (i'm afraid to lose ride comfort
quality)
AJP Turbo Kit (way down the road)
Garmin Nuvi 680 (I will buy one for my g/f for her birthday, and if i really like it,
it'll come in my car too)
Foglights (The button goes where my Interior Illumination Button is, and I dont
want to lose that for fogs, but i want both)
CF Trunk/Hood (I'm not sure about this for the simple fact that I might just
stay with what I've got)
Fastbrakes.com 13" 6 piston front discs ($1550 but damn that'd be sexy on my
car)





If anyone has anything to share for example about the Garmin, the Suspension, or the 13" discs say from experience or anything, let me know!


Hopefully if this doesnt help anyone else out.... well then maybe it will just help me out? But it does list one or two things not everyone knows is available for our cars (a lot of people dont tell you we can run 225's or even 235's for tires, and that there are brake upgrade kits for us)!

Anyway feel free to comment on it. I will take pictures along the way and answer any questions I can as well as give my opinions on each thing I do... pro's/con's.
