Jdm Yellow legal in california?

Does anybody know if jdm yellow is street legal in california im going to put it as my day light driving lights.

I don't reside in California, however I think it would be completely legal. If amber is allowed, why not yellow? Unless you're considering blue or red, then I wouldn't sweat it. If you want, I can move this to the North/South California forum to get you a better answer.

A good rule to go by is,...Yes, it ilegal in Cali! Bad thing is, you WILL get pulled over for that by CHP. My Camaro has survived 5 years in Cali with no front plate and 5% tint with no ticket (knock on wood). My civic however,...not so lucky!

yeas it is illegal. you wont get pulled overfor them unless the cop needs to really be a dick and fill his quota. since you are going to put them on your drl's the only time they will output yellow light is when you use your high beams.

how about when ur car is off u can still see the yellow from the head lights u think the cop will harass me for that even though there off.

DRL is ok.
Headlights....You will get a fat ticket for that.

NO dude yellow fogz are fine i have jdm fogz as well we mean the head lights it cant be yellow.

Can someone help me a lot of ppl say they dont really show yellow inless u turn it on high beams right. but i installed it the other day and it seems to be bright on DRLS as well is it suppose to be like this?

oh mans im gonna get pulled over, one day i installed one of it on the left side and i was getting looked at by the cops. WEll i Disconnected the wires even though i wont be able to use my Drls or my high beams the DRl light warnning from the inside of my guages keeps lighting up o well.
