VAFC2 on R18?

was reading a thread in the technical section and from what I gather, only the vtec engagement point can be changed, no air fuel.

is this pretty much correct?

Pardon me but I beg to differ.... in Singapore, we have tuned FD1 that has the R18 engine block and gains were noticeable... just with AFC alone, we can achieve average around 3 to 6 bhp gains.

I had a VAFCII at my EJ8 (D16Y8 engine)....installed at my R18 without any problems (just get the ECU wiring guide from the tech book at some Honda dealer).

I was able to change ar/fuel ratio and ignition timing, but couldnīt change VTEC engagement....since it works between 1500 and 3500 rpms, and can be engaged at ANY rpm between 1500 and 3500, thats probably why I couldnīt change it.....but the dial changed colors when VTEC was engaged and disengaged.
