R18 Tuning. Canada.

Hello,
I am planning to tune my R18 within 2~3 month.
Here are the list of what I am plan on doing:
- K&N SRI ( installed already)
- Custom Turbo
- Custom Cat-back pipe
- Hondata Chip
- Custom ..um.. what is that thing called that is located infront of R18 engine (usually located at the back of the engine for most cars), it's too long so i will try to custom make it as small as possible.

Hopefully 4000~5000 dollars would do...
My buddy is doing it with me except he has tiburon tuscani.
If anyone have a connection to do these jobs.. let me know :)

p.s: Some people asked me how i'm going to race celica gt supercharged, integra turbocharged...
I am going to race those cars in about 2 month.
Drag for one, and Street Race for another.
The place is located in north of Barrie, Ontario.
Quiet farming town.. (hopefully i don't run over the cows)

I was planning to put a zex kit first so that I can at least be a match with those cars but.. my buddy is going to do a modification as I said above.
Thus, mods up there should, hopefully make my r18 win...
If not I will get zex kit at the end... but I don't know about zex kit with forced induction.

Please don't even bother to come to my thread...I believe in my R18 and I will never regret believing in it... In about 2~3 month.. I will prove it to you.

I thought i read somewhere that you cant do an ecu flash to an R18?(i may be wrong i really dont know, i thought i read it somewhere) and if that hondata chip is not an ecu flash, can you explain to me what it is lol. Goodluck with the car, i get a civic once i graduate in 2 months =D.

I believe that ECU is out for R18s... Furthermore, I also believe that Hondata is ecu chip upgrade,.. I'm trying to get places to give me a deal.
In addition, I am also planning to put smaller turbo because I would like to have low end rpm boosted instead of high end. I believe my civic needs more torque.

I'm looking to see 200-250 HP with Intake, Exhuast, turbo, ecu, 8psi.

by the time that youre gonna finish that... someone will have available the turbo kit

does anyone know/have a pic with the r18 engine bay with a turbo.. im curious, cuz i guess it sits right off the head right? or i could be worng.. ?

Yeah I know,,, but i think custom will be cheaper and better for me.
AJP already has one out with EVO III turbo..
They are pretty good. :)
