Question Is your front license plate on or off?

On your Civic.
On both of mine, no.

In California it is required to have both front and rear plates on. But does everyone put them on....No.

When did they change that? When I lived in Raleigh back in the early 90's both front and rear plates were required.

I live and go to college in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but I'm originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, so my car is registered in Michigan (which also sucks, because we have No Fault INsurence).

But, unlike Minnesota, I dont need a front license plate. Hahaa! I think they look awful

On.

Provincial (or state) law. I do however, have plate covers which are illegal, but a good chunk of my city has them.

CA law says need them on....But I don't have them on. My first car ever without front plates. It just looks so much sexier without.
