I always like the 16" rims on my Civic.

The ride is a lot more comfortable and smooth since there is more tire and less rim.

Once you go 17" and higher on a Civic, the ride is bumpier. Good luck driving over potholes with those thin tires! LOL.

Not exactly slammed, but im tucking tires on my stock 16 inch steelies. i think if you do your homework you can make make any size look good, personally going to run a 16x8 with +20 offsett with some 225/45/16's when all the camber and fender work is done, also prolly going to drop another 1/4 inch

Why would you want to put 16's on a civic? You're just asking for it to get scraped.

i ran 205/40/16 on a 16x8 rim. 225's will look bubbly. if u just run a 205/40 on a 8" rim you won't need to do any camber work but roll ur fenders. if you're slammed that is...

I'm running 205/45/16 but plan on going lower with sportlines
how was your experience going up steep inclinations and over speed bumps?

because some people want to be the lowest thing out there. I don't see anything wrong with putting 16's on our Civic's. if u do u're research u can make it look shhhmexy!
