K&N AND AEM SRI INTAKES LEGAL?

DOes anybody know if K&N AND AEM SRI"S ARE street legal in cali i know that there carb legal intake brands but the website says EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE NO pending legality for aem, and K&n carb exemption no so there not carb legal?

They are all CARB pending, but not CARB legal. They pretty much SHOULD be CARB legal at some point though.

What he said. It also pretty much depends on the cop/smog tech. Alot of places will overlook name brand stuff like AEM and K&N, but if you have some ebay special on there then they will ding you for it.
