Anyone have a NON-hfp front lip on their car?

Did you have any problems with fitment? If you did, were they major or minor? Any horror stories?

I ask b/c I just bought a non-hfp front lip.

EDIT: I got my lip, it fits well.

wow you shouldve never, they dont come painted and you have to paint them yourself wich in the long run cost way more money

But you end up having a car that doesn't look like everyone elses. And I'm fine with having a non-painted front lip. I also ordered mudguards and I plan on buying bumper plugs at Home Depot. And since the lip isn't painted, I plan on painting it and everything else TW.

Totally agreed with not looking like everyone else.

I have a non hfp front... To be exact its a mugen replica.. Had it painted taffy white.. No fitment probs, but then if yer not sure u can always test fit it to avoid horror fitment stories..

I got the idea from a previos ROTM. I liked the lip on his car so I decided to get it on mine.

Hey guys, I got my lip and it fits fine. I didn't have to stretch the lip or cut off any excess. Can't wait to get it painted. Here's a pic.

EDIT: Oh, and to the guys right above me, I got it from PROcivic.

had a J's racing lip on...unfortunately it works too well for the hardware..especially @ 120 mph.

Yes and no and the only reason why i say that is due to that its different. Im actually thinking of getting a custom lip.

not no but hell no....even unpainted the J's looks a lot better,but that's just IMO,but at least the J's is functional.
