So no you don't have a downpipe on the 60mm because its still got the cats, however if you live somewhere where you have to pass an emissions test you won't since the cats are replaced by this.
A header on our cars would delete the cat. The downpipe is the pipe after the header and before the midpipe.

So it it: Header(cat), then downpipe, then midpipes, then muffler....

I have a noobish question...basically, I know that the clutch you offer is obviously for a manual...but for the flywheel, can auto trannys use this?

Its all good man, no flaming for any question asked in this thread, thats my rule.

Unfortunately, no, an auto cannot use a flywheel.

Brief overview:

Manual Transmission
A manual transmission has a flywheel on the engine side, and a pressure plate on the transmission side, with a clutch disc inbetween. When you release the clutch, while in gear, the clutch disc rams up against the flywheel, engauging the output engine shaft with the input transmission shaft, causing the car to go into gear.
How A Clutch Works
How A Manual Transmission Works

Automatic Transmission
On an automatic car, you use a torque converter to accomplish this feat. As the engine revs up, it pumps fluid through the outside fins of a TC, much like a washing machine on the spin cycle. This spinning creates a vacuum which draws fluid into the inteer sets of fins on the TC which are connected to the transmission, which moves your car. How A Torque Converter Works

While I believe tiebars don't do much, if anything, for our cars, I have added them because I know its debatable. I do know that they look good!

I thought we had an internal header on the car, that came to one peice. Then the downpipe had the cats on it as one peice?

This applies to the front AND the back. I recently upgraded to the SI front sway and decided not to screw around and just put Hotchkis on both the front and the back.

I guess technically yes, its built in because we can't buy a traditional header for our cars like the Si...and by traditional im reffering to a 4-2-1 collector type of header setup. The reason I said it like that because its easier to refer to and more people would understand what im talking about. Im not sure what else to call it though...maybe a "test pipe" since an aftermarket one deletes the cat?

And for your question, im not really sure what your asking but...the so called "header" on our cars has the cat on it...and a seperate pipe is bolted on after that which is the downpipe. I believe our cars only have one cat.

oh and thanks for answering the question about the flywheel

Ah so coming out of the head is the peice that has the cat(s), then the downpipe. This is why you can run the weapon r downpipe with the turbo kit. I thought we had two small cats, but since ive been wrong already, I guess I'm wrong about that too lol.

Yes...if you take a look under the hood, the pipe coming out of the head has a large heatshield over it...this is covering the cat. Everything else under the car that might look like another cat are just resonators. This is also why some people just run a downpipe (megan or weapon R) and they can still keep their stock header(w/cat) and the cops can't say "you dont have a cat"...of course laws vary from state to state but here in cali thats the last thing you need to hear, lol. And if you were to run w/ the weapon R downpipe...they only sell it as a header/downpipe combo, so either you get a used one or don't put on the header if someone wanted that type of setup.
