sooooo..my brother orders this chip thing for his truck and insisted that i check out the site cuz they make it for our cars...buuutt, i have no clue if i trust this or not, i do not think i would like to take the chance of installing this on the civic and believe that it wont throw a cel or mess something else up. so ill let you guys decide, im sure someone on here will have more insight in this chip and could tell me more about how it can/cant harm our car. heres the link tell me what you guys thank

alot of time with that stuff what u get is a damn resistor. or a potentiometer (aka variable resistor) that f***s with ur ECU to make it give more fuel to the mix.
waste of time.

Im pretty noob in terms of headers for the r18, so I was wondering if anyone knew which header is the best out of the three on the list?

I'd personally go with the Megan Racing header. I have heard too many stories about the Weapon R welds breaking to recommend that header.

What about the topspeed header? and I know theres a dyno pic on the megan website, but has anyone felt the change in hp and torque, and is it noticeable?

It's not a ridiculous difference but you can def tell it opened it up a bit especially at higher rpms

ok random ass question
i was looking at Fastbrakes Wilwood 12.6" Front Brake Kits - Excelerate Performance - Japanese and European Performance Specialists!!
and it CLAIMS to fit
2006 - 2008 CIVIC DX
EX
LX
MUGEN SI
SI ALL 1.8
2.0 ALL K20Z3
R18A1
R18A4 GAS

that would MEAN that the front brake mounting points are the SAME on the Si AND the dx/lx/ex r18s.... i thought that wasnt the case???
has anyone take notice to this???
cause if thats the case the wilwood at corsport would work too
CorSport Online Store: Honda - 06+ Civic - 140-7014 (FG)

which to me is a way better deal.
IM SO CONFUSED!!!!

or does the fast brakes kit just happen to have two mounting brackets for both sets???
