do you guys have the same problem?

feel under the door of your car... it is very bumpy and weird like there is melted rubber on it or something... i thought something was wrong with my civic coupe but i checked the same car at the mall parking lot and found it was the same way... and also a plastic bag like melted on the exhuast pipe underneath the car... #1 is that even possible? and #2 what should i do about it? will it do any harm? pretty dissaointed. thanks.

My Fiji Blue Si has the rough, but smooth ridges on the bottom of the door sill under the car.

There are actually quite a few places where I can see they may have skimped in terms of quality...most noticably in the trunk, where on the inside of the lid, I can see, very blatantly, missed spots from painting, and same under the hood.
