People with JDM yellow fogs
I got the kit yesterday and I'm going to let my friend install it. However, it doesn't seem to have all the things the OEM fog light kit comes with. There seems to be less wires and ties. If I follow the instructions for the OEM, will things get messed up? What did you use to install them?

i got the yellow k2 ones and it came with everything that stock does, except for the clip zip ties, but you can work around that or pick some up at a store for cheap.....and regarding the wires, theres a thread on here that shows you how to do it, basically you can follow the oem instructions, but whenever the oem shows a wire that you do not have, just skip that step and everything will be fine!

I posted this in the Tech section of this forum, but just in case...
Alright, I was able to put the fogs into the bumper and have the wiring go from one fog to the other, but then comes the problem. How do I connect the two wires through the engine? Where do I run the wires through so that it can reach inside. Where exactly should it go around the engine section? Also, My second set of wires seems to be different than the OEM fogs. I bought that "JMD yellow" fogs on ebay. Could someone tell me where each part goes in the car? It would be much appreciated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
