Navi HU good enough?

I've read that people said buying a Cleansweep won't really do much for the Navi HU, then some people said you HAVE to get it or everythin will sound like poop.

So what's the final verdict on this? Anyone with a navi HU (which i guess is the same as the stock mp3/cd/xm HU?) have an aftermarket system (fronts/amp/sub?) and do you have problems with frequency loss?

thanks peeps :^)

*edit*oops maybe it should be in the ICE section... my bad, can I get it moved?
