I thought about it, but they look fugly. I'll just have the hood repainted 15 times instead of spending the 30 bucks .

Air Deflector

An alternative is: http://www.magnetbra.com/

The pic of the 06Si on the site is mine.

Contrary to 'popular myth' and what EVERYONE said would happen when I first got it, it has NOT discolored, scuffed, or deteriorated the paint in any way. It has not pulled the paint or finish off. I've now had it for just under 9 months. The key is keeping it clean and dry. If it rains, pull it off and dry it immediately after (similar to a cloth bra).

i bought a "perfect fit" 3 piece bug deflector from my dealer only to return it 5min after putting the thing on. I ended up 3m'ing my hood instead. with the bug deflector it'll be a pain to clean under and well its just not worth it when i can get my hood 3m'd for the same price. besides something about 5 plastic ball-type things adheared to my hood turns me off.

Down the page: "Air Deflector".

You can probably get one of the Lund, AVS, etc. models for quite a bit less, but they don't look nearly as good (for something that doesn't look good in the first place).

My preference is for LUND. they are the best in the business... mounts from inside the hood and doesnt touch the outer part at all.
