Question Civic Shipping Hold for Recall?

I am no expert and do not proport to be in the "loop" thus came here to ask those in the know if...

They have heard of a shipping hold on civic's because of a recall? I overheard someone last night talking about this. Apparently they work for the railway and said that they had lots of civic's at their shipping holding facility but were not sending them out because of a recall?

Anyone heard of this through official channels?

This might be the problem:

Make : HONDA Model : CIVIC Year : 2006
Manufacturer : HONDA (AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO.)
NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number : 06V326000 Recall Date : AUG 28, 2006
Component: VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR
Potential Number Of Units Affected : 774
Summary:
ON CERTAIN 2-DOOR PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE REAR WINDSHIELD OR REAR QUARTER GLASS PANELS DO NOT PROPERLY ADHERE TO THE BODY OF THE CAR DUE TO IMPROPER WINDOW OPENING PREPARATION.
Consequence:
THE REAR WINDSHIELD OR REAR QUARTER GLASS PANELS MAY BECOME LOOSE, RATTLE OR LIFT FROM THE WINDOW OPENING OR SEPARATE FROM THE WINDOW WHILE DRIVING INCREASING THE SAFETY HAZARD TO TRAFFIC.
Remedy:
DEALERS WILL REPAIR THE VEHICLE BY REMOVING THE GLASS, PROPERLY PREPARING THE WINDOW OPENING, AND REINSTALLING THE GLASS. THE RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING LATE SEPTEMBER 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT HONDA AT 1-800-999-1009.
Notes:
HONDA RECALL NO. Q22. CUSTOMERS MAY ALSO CONTACT THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION'S VEHICLE SAFETY HOTLINE AT 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), OR GO TO HTTP://WWW.SAFERCAR.GOV.

Since they have narrowed it down to 774 vehicles, I am sure they will notify those affected and not recall all coupes.

This was addressed quite some time ago. Back when the Si was first released. Apparently a lot of Si owners had this problem and they found it was a larger problem than initially expected. I do not believe this to be the issue the O.P. is referring to. It sounds like they found something recent, but I've yet to see any other information surface through the dealers.
