Short Ram Intakes for R18

Im basically sold on the fujita short ram but whats the best place to buy it off of.

the lowest price ive been offered was 170 shipped brand new.

does anyone know where they can beat that price.

also hows the injen and aem?

quality sucks and they make u lose HP.

hmmm...well it was just a suggestion. And if you really want to get power, you should think about trying to extract it out of a car more designed for power. Our R18's are really meant for fuel economy.

I've tried the engine modding thing, and it really doesn't respond well unless you are willing to spend a good amount of money tuning. The gains on an intake aren't worth the hassle really. But that's just speaking from experience....

Best power for the price for the R18 is the turbo kit from ProCivic. But it too requires some tuning.

im not looking for the power cuz obviously this isnt the platform.

im just looking for a little extra noise and no CEL and keeps me around the same HP.

get a CAI it responds better with the r18 at least thats what the honda teck's told me. mine sounds awsome.

haha mike i made my own also, i used a apexi 80mm filter i cut the maf top part out and used a 80mm pipe cut the top and glued it on primed painted and used stock intake rubber to connect and its like a x intake for a r18 : ]
might show a Diys later but first iam off to dyno when i have time to compair it to stock : ]
