Well yes the rumors and pics are true. the *The Red Baron* is gone. yes i do miss the car some days. honestly i really miss the incredible power it had. i love my new FB6 sooooooooooooooooo much. the ride, the low end torque the INTERIOR is way nicer than the 8ths, i do truely love my new car. you can hate me or love me for it..... long as im happy thats all that matters. yes there are huge plans for the new FB6....



so it all began when i first layed eye's on the international car show where i saw my first FB6 that just blew my mind. at that point i knew i had to have one.... so finally on May 1st 2013 after two weeks of searching and hunting it all happened!

so im sure many of you want to know what the plans are for the off springs of a beast? well its actually nothing....i plan on keeping it stock for as long as my nerves can stand it. i still havent PUT THE CAR IN VTEC YET trying to break it in the correct way! lmao.



so at the most i plan on doing a ct stage one kit with a stage 2 aftercooler from my good buddy Jose -----> Mercracing! that is at the most, and that is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far down the road.....i had a blast with my 8thgen and i just dont want to messed up the great driving characteristic of this great car or mod it to fast. thats what happen last time and it cause me a great deal of money....so i plan on take it nice and slow.



so first mod up is window tint! which got done on May 13th. its amazing how much a little change does for a car!



i went with 20% all around and a 5% strip on the windshield!







so thats all the mods for right now...the car only has 580 miles so im still taking it easy while i break it in some more....love having a brand new car....its a great feeling knowing your the only one who has had this car.



It's officially done after slaving in the heat for all of 6 mins they are installed second mod down many more to go!















I don't know how I managed to get the emblems all straight that was weird!

UPDATE TIME:



1ST. i finally got the Redshift Coils install on betty white! and let me tell you now......... IT MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE! the appearance is soooooo much better and the handling has improved buy at least 70%. once the alignment and the RSB is installed it will be 100% improved!

went to honda with one of my good friends and ended up coming home with a 13 civic ex... he traded his 08 FA1 in for the 13 FB2

my CT-E supercharger kit is on order and should be on the way very soon...i was told it would shipped at the latest February 19th, but i was told it looks like it would shipped earlier. lets that it comes in on time. because everything is dependent on that.... will post pic of it when it arrives



my fuel system should be here very shortly as well. that only takes a couple of days to get in.



lastly my Retrofitted headlights:

Well its about time i finally posted a build thread of my 2006 FG2. here is a little story behind it.



the Civic Si has been the Car ive wanted it since the 2005 Washington DC auto show. i couldn't even drive yet! after being told by many family members i would have changed my mind about that car, six years FEB 25 2011 i have finally bought a 2006 Civic Si

will post my dyno graph soon have to scan into the computer very tired from yesterday. just let everyone know i got all the way to IMW in Carlisle PA and FORGOT MY FLASHPRO IN MARYLAND. but thanks to my AWESOME DAD he brought it to. so everyone the ending numbers are: 225HP AND 164TQ. The Vibrant race header with high flow cat and 2.5 in exhaust is holding it back now. so will be getting the skunk2 megapower header and full race 3in exhaust. but let me let everyone know something after i drove it today it is a hold ANOTHER BEAST. it pulls very very very hard now and just blows first and second away lol. im very happy with my experience at Innovative MotorWorks, i would like to say thanks to my DAD WHO BROUGHT ME MY FLASHPRO TO ME.... next JOE (aka Killin) for riding up with me and helping with this process. thanks to Derek for my basemap and Jon Kerr for the awesome work on the tune, valve adjustment fuel rail, k-tuned 410cc injector installed. thanks for all the support from everyone on here this was a long and very stressful process but it is finally over and im lovin my cah even more now. it has been 2 months that my civic si has been down so it will be a long time before i do something major to it again. but new header and exhaust are coming very soon. thanks again everyone.

June 9, 2012 ------> Full professional Detail session with the one and only Big Red (completed)



June 30, 2012 -----> as everyone on here knows, EAST COAST HONDA MEET! (completed)



WELL ITS OFFICAL THE FIRST JRSC VENOMCOOLED AND AFTERCOOLED 8THGEN IS UP AND RUNNING! TUNING IS COMING VERY SOON. (JUNE 6) YAY! PICS ARE BELOW!















































COMPETITION CLUTCH STAGE 4 SIX PUCK CLUTCH KIT!







WELL I HAVE SOME RESULT FOR EVERYONE!

I HAVE GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS! SO HERE WE GO!



BAD:

My clutch did get installed!

My k24 crank pulley (6.37) was installed but the belt that i was supposed to use was to short. (long story dont feel like explaining it! i dont understand one person said it fits and one says it dont. all in all it didnt get installed.)

Now my car has a exhaust leak to top everything!



the clutch slipped EVERY SINGLE PULL! if any of you have ever dynoed on a dynapack you know how they work. as my tuner was doing my part throttle it slipped bad. so we both new that it was going to last long on the dyno.

which it only got 7 1/2 pulls or so before it slipped something terrible. so me and tuner decided to called it quits there because i still had to make the 2 hour trip back home.



GOOD:

my first pull which was to 5000rpm the car made 46lbs of tq more than my all motor setup made.

my first complete pull made 299whp and 199lbs of tq! that is amazing!

the car made on the second full pull was 312whp 202wtq and a couple pulls later it made 320whp 205wtq!



VENOMCOOLER:



now i know a lot of you are wondering how this thing helped me! let me tell everyone this once, IT WORKS WONDERS FOR OUR SUPERCHARGED CARS! MY BLOWER NEVER EVER GOT HOT TO TOUCH AT ALL ON THE DYNO! THE SNOUT WAS VERY COOL! I DID NOT HEAT SOAK NOT ONE TIME. EVERY PULL WAS A INCREASE IN POWER! I WILL TELL YOU AND ONCE I GOT OFF THE DYNO AND THE CAR REALLY GOT TO BREAK AND GET FRESHER AND MUCH COOLER AIR, THE CAR FELT LIKE IT PICK UP ANOTHER 10-20HP! DEREK AND JON BOTH WERE SUPER SHOCKED AT HOW COOL THE BLOWER WAS TO THE TOUCH!

my k24 (6.37) crank pulley will be installed with the correct belt for a much increase in boost and power!

fix my terrible exahust leak, probably lost 5-6ponies right there! ugh!

lastly make another trip up to innovative motorworks for a retune!



overall im very pleased with the car and how it preform with shot to hell stock clutch. 320whp is crazy power! let me tell you its amazing how hard my car pulls right now. i know my car will mid 12s like it is now on my drag radials!



so please bare with me as i try to get all these little things fixed and get back to the dyno to make the power i should have had made today. and just for everyones info, my car is very very very capable of over 350whp!

well everyone i took my car to mr. jon aka BIG RED for a full detail! and man o man o man. i thought i was taking pretty good care of my car. BUT AFTER HIS FIRST LOOK OVER OF THE CAR that clearly wasnt the case.

well i finally got what EVERYONE HAS BEEN TELLING ME TO GET! MY FRONT LIP!











i love the new look of the car! its way more aggressive now! i was at the track today with the family NO I DID NOT RUN THE CAR!!!!!!! BUT, soooooo many ppl ask me a million question about the car. ppl were taking pics of it..... it actually got to the point were my dad step in and said enough was a enough all i could do is laugh but all n all i love the car even more now!



well just to let everyone know how my experience went today. it wasnt overall bad at all. it was hot as ballz outside. inside the dyno area it was 98 degrees and over 70% humidity. that was not a good idea for tuning but it is what it is. so we got the new skeletor crank pulley on the car and the belt and it shredded on the fourth pull! so derek made some calls and we got another a belt in about 40mins. so we get back to imw and install that belt and one pull that dualast belt was stretched to ****. so after that we called it there cause i still had to make home. so after we inspected the belt derek said nothing over 3.5k-4k on the trip home. so it was a long trip home. i will have a new gator back belt tomorrow or gates hopefully. i guess i just dont have good luck with the boosted setup. it was like i swear. i made 343whp 225tq. my IAT'S were starting 110 and going to a peak of 180 and going right back 100-110 degrees after the pull. so the aftercooler and venom cooler are doing there job despite the 100 degree weather and high as **** humidity. derek assured me that the car had much more in it. its just the factors that came into play today belts, heat, heat, heat, heat, heat and humidity, humidity, humidity, and the the ride home. so i have made 101whp 60wtq over my all motor setup.

Well as promise, I am going to give my full review on my build and everyone and everything that was involved to turn my car into the beast it is now!







First things first---------> Motor build!



The motor is a stock block k20z3! It has skunk2 valve spring and titanium retainers everything else is stock! All my major motor work was done by my best buddy Matt Fentress! He is a master Honda tech and put a lot time, sweet, blood into my car. He has done the following:

J35 Throttle Body

Removed my skunk2 cams and put my stock ones back in

My front pro-kit spring

Installed my COMPLETE Jackson Racing Supeecharger

Installed my Mercracing stage 2

Did my stage 4 clutch install

And numerous other things!






My car would not be able to make the power it does right now Without Matt being there to help through this build! I want to give him a HUGE

Mercracing (Jose) ------> Aftercooler, inlet, advice!



Now this guy Jose is one of the fastest aftercooler installer Ive ever seen! He personally came to me ( Matt house) and did the aftercooler install.

His work is COMPLETELY AWESOME! his welds are top notch and his kits are just pure easy to install and make power with. His inlet is second to none out there IMO! I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with him and make the great power we did! I would not be at 365 whp without his great craftsmanship and outstanding aftercooler kit. Thank you Jose mercracing for that.

Now I will be the first to say that there Customer service is ABOVE ANY SHOP YOU CAN THINK OF PERIOD! I don't care what you think, they cannot be beat! Derek and his team there is AMAZING! There shop is always clean the environment is always "home feeling" which I believe is the best feeling in the world when your car is being worked on. Derek has been there to answer EVERY ONE OF MY QUESTION! My car has been there 4 times for tuning! And each time was awesome experience! Derek had a idea and decided to talk to me about making some more so as usually I wanted to hear it. So we talked about the "IceBox"! After him assurming it me it was going to be awesome and make more power I went for it. Boy o boy did he not lie. It made amazing number! He tuned it the max! Iat's were starting as low 70* and raising to a max of 130*, 130* was reached after 3 back to back pull to 8600 rpm coolant temp was only 77* SO YES The "IceBox" works! Mine you know it was about 85* inside the Dyno room and humid! He spent a lot of time in the iat's compensation table. Now the way the icebox works is as the computer detects a drastic drop in iat temp it will add more timing and fuel and BAM........ THE POWER IS THERE. it's works flawlessly! I can't believe how well the car drives and how smooth it is now. I recommend IMW, for anyone that is SERIOUS about getting Dyno tune. Ive started, all i have right now is my Toda ported RRC, I'm hoping to have the intake and TB by end of september.

Car is looking legit. Nice build progress so far
