Wow, talk about a work in progress. Really nice documentation of the build. Your car is gorgeous. I love the cf hood and the Enkei wheels. Excellent job there!

i like them so far. i have about 1k miles on them and they stick great in both wet and dry.. they are louder than stock tires, though. only downside this far.

Yeah most high perf. tires are louder. That sounds good though, I was thinking of getting those tires when mu current ones wear out.

yea, i still have my stock wheels/tires for winter use b/c winter here in MA blows. So the performance tires arent gonna cut it in the snow.

Im actually ditching my CF hood and black grill this weekend and going back to stock. While i like the look of my car... im not enjoying the attention it brings. I havent gotten hassled by cops, but the ricers that are all over the road annoy me. Even before I had the CF hood people tried to race me... but with the hood it seems to be 10x more than before. But I drive like a granny when im just commuting back and forth to work and such. So... back to stock it is just for some piece of mind.

Yeah I guess that's the advantage of FL, I run summer tires all year round. That's good though, going back to stock on the hood. I never really liked exposed carbon hoods, they seem to be a staple of ricers, almost as bad as fart cans and wings.

At 17 i was happy to have the 91 accord that I had with almost 300k miles on it, lol.

Anyways... without breaking it down piece by piece 8500 is a rough estimate of eeeeverything. including some installation costs and some shipping. But thats at full price for all the items. I bought a lot of stuff used, etc.also note... this estimate does not include future mods.
