Cars Keyed in Vancouver Area

Hey guys - just want to give you all a heads up...

People's cars are getting keyed randomly these days. Yesterday, almost 150 cars at Coquitlam Center were all keyed. Today, along 28th Ave in Vancouver, many cars were also keyed. In addition, cars in alleys were tagged (along with garage doors and walls).

If you have a garage, use it by all means. If you don't, I suggest keeping your car in a well-lit area and arm your alarm systems.

ICBC deductibles start at $300 for vandalism. I would suggest filing a police report as well.

I hope this doesn't happen to any of us here.

March 10 (Mon) - 450+ cars keyed at Silver City Coquitlam

yeah this happened to my gf's friend. they have 3 cars and one is brand new car. all got keyed infront of their house
now im gonna keep my handcuffs with me 24/7

what the F.... I got my car keyed with triangle shaped on my first 3 months having my car. Then comes with dents from other cars... Can those people open the door slowly? Or Are they blind that cannot see my car beside them?

Man that's crazy, I hope that none of the members here get vandalized. Some random punks keyed my girls car one day and it still pisses me off to no end. The same night some kids spraypainted a big penis on a big white truck with a "redneck" sticker on the back.. As bad as I felt for the owner, I did giggle a bit.

Keep the cars safe out there folks.

I just hope that these kids are caught by the police, and not by some car owner. They will have ZERO chance of survival if they get caught in the act by someone else other than the police.

this had to have happened yesterday night...since i only noticed it now after coming back from school and seeing all the white scuff marks....this is retarded i sure hope my friend can help be buff it out..
