Hardest thing to do - Need advice/opinion!

Breaking the car in gently is by far the hardest thing to do.

I can't wait to hit 1,000 kms so I can go past 6,000 and see what VTEC is all about (yes, it's my very first Honda).

How did you guys manage those first 1K kms?

lolz shoot, i hit vtec on the test drive.......i only did it like couple times though after i bought the car... but yeah... the first thousand miles is like trying to hold an orgasm in and then exploding into vtec... sorry for the graphic description.

since k20s are preloaded at the factory.. this time i tried to break it hard..

1. even accelation all the way to 8000 and release the accel... for 500km.
2. regular oil change ..
3. hit it hard for another 500km
4. go for synt oil..

and it produced very good number of WHP compared to others..

Eewww... LOL...
I push my K20 on my CSX up to 6800rpm on 3rd gear and I was at 143kph. It's amazing and feels good. I must do it couple times for the sake of your engine too.

that's funny. my R18's also at 143 kph at the top of 3rd gear. wonder if the trannies have the same gear ratios.
