West Coast roll call/Meet idea thread.

So I have noticed lots of new west coasters signing up, and since it is the start of a new year we all should check in and give some idea's as to where to go for meets.

Whistler run is a mandatory meet, we had a blast last year when we all got together, Cypress run was fun as well other then the small incident of me almost taking out two other team mates.

So my suggestion is a run out to langley when it is warmer out so we can all go swimming, I found a really cool place out there to swim while getting lost and trying to find my way back to the city.

All idea's welcome......

it would be smart to not wear any nice designer clothes

the last time i went i just wore a beater and sweats...and you also get coveralls to wear over all your clothes..and about the shoes just wear the ugliest pair you can find or do what i did take a buddies pair of shoes =b

So what was the dollar amount in damage to your ride? How are u doing regarding the whole thing and how is the woman?

I would call them and get a update, I called carter on Sat and even sent a email to ICBC for an update.

does ICBC really reply to email? I thought they only talk to you over the phone. Less paper trail = less accountability (in case they make promises)

I got a reply via email, I printed it up as well as save it to my puter. I am sure icbc will call me to confirm all of this.

I got a letter yesterday from them saying that I was in a accident and it had been reported to ICBC.

Side note, when i was at Kal tire yesterday there was a dude with a sedan so I gave him the card and told him to sign up. Maybe we can get cheap tires out of him when and if he joins up to 8th civic.

well i went to ICBC to give my statement
they said even if I was speeding it would still be her fault cause she was jaywalking.
I am going to call Vancouver honda when i return from my skitrip this weekend to see the update on my car

and ICBC still hasn't talked to the lady so I dunno what's going to happen with that, but yeah ICBC said they don't cover pedestrian accidents so I won't get my deductible back. I have coverage from that extra insurance Honda sells so I will only have to pay $250. Still, bad luck I guess.

And oh, my car was quoted for $2000 of damages, but this was because i had dents in many panels(3-4 i think) and not concentrated on one panel so I think they are replacing all of them....
