Front weird noise after installing PROKIT?!?

Anyone installed PROKIT here that's experiencing some kind of "RUBBER RUBBING" noise coming from the front struts while turning your steering wheel when the car is in a stationary state?

For my installation, I left the bump stop alone and did not cut it as per the instruction. My tech told me there's no need to do so as it will not affect the height of the car in anyway since in normal state nothing is in contact with the bumpstop anyway.

He also say the noise is coming from the springs and it's caused by the springs rubbing the mount when you turn. There are already rubber tubing at the end of the spring coil and seems like there is no solution he says...

Suggestions ? Anyone? the noise is really bugging me and do i have to change my struts to make this noise disappear? Thx in advance.

sounds like faulty installation. or just settling.
maybe the springs weren on the correct sides. they are designated right and left.

Cool.. pls keep me posted on what the dealer say.

I hope they will not give you hassle for installing after market springs...

The thing is, my tech says he didn't have this problem with previous civics he worked on... he did mention a GTI he worked on with the pro kit has the same issue.
