Yhea Im driving an R18.

Im prob going to install the Voltage Stabilizer and magnetic fuel regulator.
Mind as well try to increase fuel economy of the R18. Its good for the environment too.

SUN Hyper Voltage System (Blue Hot InaZma ECO)
ECO Voltage Stabilizer

*Save Gas (Testing shows an average 10% fuel economy increases)
*Reduces Emissions (Testing shows an average 30% reduction of HC)
*Brighter Lights *Longer Battery Life *Improved Engine Performance
*Reduced Audio Noise

Sun Auto HG (Hyper Guass) Fuel Regulator Benefits:
Easy installation on the fuel line close to the engine
Increase Torque
Increase Power
Stronger Combustion
Better Throttle/Engine Response
Better fuel efficiency
Increase gas mileage
Reduce Emissions

I have a T1R votlage stabilizer, I think it has helped my fuel economy..right now I can get around 565 km`s per tank, some of my si friends get aroung 530-540. I`ve also noticed less strain on the electrical system when using things like hids and the heating and cooling systems.

I think it would be very hard to show you have fuel economy gains by comparing your driving to others. Even with the same car, everyone has different driving habits and routes and mpg differences will always exist. Now if you noticed an increase in your own gas mileage since installing the stabilizer it would be a different story. And can you elaborate when you say you noticed less strain on the electrical system? Does it work better? Turn on quicker? Thanks.

I did my own grounding Kit.

4Gauge wire.

Just need to add the 4gauge from the alt. to the pos. term. with a fuse.

Voltage stabilizer is next.

Just improving the ground makes a difference.

There are a lot of threads on this, but usually upgrading the big 3 will help with the electrical. Stabilizers are nothing more than some capacitors...just go for a 0.5 Farad Cap. then upgrade the grounding wires from the battery and the engine, and beef up the wiring from the positive of the battery to the alternator and engine.

By less strain on the system I mean that when you turn on accessories or things like the /throttle/heater/defroster/hids you don't hear the alternator change pitch due to sudden spikes or drops in voltage. Personally I like it but I wouldn't say it makes a substantial difference by itself , a good grounding kit would be a good addition in this area too.

I have both and the answer is no. There is no effect... at least any that I can notice. Not worth it imo.

Pivot Raizin Volt Stabilizer is proven to:

Increased horsepower
Increased torque
Improved throttle response
Quicker engine starts
Brighter lights
Reduced emissions
Reduced audio noise

I own one myself. I don't know about better gas mileage i haven't tested it yet, but the rest is easily noticeable. The hp is dyno proven to increase by 2whp tested by a local tune shop here in the Philippines (Speedlab).

For volt stability, it can easily be tested with a volt meter. With the fluctuation of voltage by turning on electrical devices like a/c, the kickback time to proper voltage takes only 5 seconds. Whereas, the usual kickback time takes as much as 30 seconds without the device, which also has succeeding fluctuations throughout the operation (with Pivot VS, the voltage remains stable).
