GTA: Weekly meAts!

Primary Location: 16th Ave. and Woodbine Ave. (Markham)
Rain Location: Highway 7 and McCowan (Markville Mall, Underground Parking)
Date: Sundays after dinner

So far we've had three meets at this location, all of them had very good turn outs. It's just a quick get together, grab a drink and chill before work/school starts on monday. The first two were back to back and still 15+ cars. Most of us have decided (at the meet and around the forum) to make this location a weekly meeting spot for the GTA 8th Civic Crew. So all is welcomed!

BTW, you guys can use this thread for pics, continued dicussions from the meet.... or whatever

A map of the primary location:

X is the timmies
O is where we can meet (or a little east of that cause that circled area in the map is full of 2 meter deep pot holes)

Let’s give a big round of applause to yodums for making this a sticky!

I also know a pretty decent place for a photo op... if there are no cars there, it will be a great place... its on hwy 7 on woodbine or warden?!? the one with the hilton hotel, a bit west of it on hwy 7, near the new construction place

hwy 7 and warden; across the street from Markham Theatre area (I think it's their City Hall or a civic center thing) and just north of the IBM on warden.

Of course, we can always change locations later on. Its just right now it seems like a good meeting spot, its central to most people that show up. Show up to a meet and we can all discuss other locations

WTF is the differance... you have to drive anyway, just fill up the car and dont worry about it.

^^^ what he said... sunday night is good because almost no one has anything to do. and everyone plans on having to go to work monday so no one goes drinking as to not be hung over....

thats why sunday is good.
