Anywhere to buy cheap winter tires now?

I heard after the winter during spring-time is the best time to buy discounted winter tires that didn't sell. Anyone know any particular spots or online sites that have a sale or something going on? I'm looking to pick up a set of winters for my Si for the coming winter.
