$1250 off a 08 Civic Coupe LX-SR any good ?

I`m in the last stages of buying/leasing a new car .I have a price of for a 08 Civic Coupe LX-SR for $310 a month including tax for 48 months.Thats $1250 of the MSRP.Does anyone think I can do better ?I was thinking of asking for tinted windows on top of the deal.

This is in Ontario.

MSRP $22,180.00
Freight & PDA $1,295.00
Taxes and Levies $3,051.75
Total Price $26,526.75

At $1250 off @ 1.5% for 48 months it`s $310.86 with a $9981 buy back.

Plus $1000 echo rebate from the government.
