we should actually rotate locations. make a new post every monday so that we all know the new location and have enough time to act upon it.

good idea...i will make a thread this monday (apr 16) for the first weekly meet on the 22nd.

I will make this suggestion based on what happens with another club I belong to...

-Weekly meets at the same place, at the same time, on the same day. K-C on Saturdays or Sundays for example, at whatever time.
-Bi-weekly (twice a month) at different locations. Westend, K-W, Hamilton, wherever. During the week maybe, in the evening.

i cant do it anymore, i am going to afternoons at work, which is from 3 to 11 sunday to thursday, so i am out
