Where do you guys consider Monterey Norcal or Socal

Hey guys just moved to monterey and was wondering where i should post N or S? it seems i'm right in the middle

it's just south of the bay area so it would be considered norcal...

I am a newbie here. I am from the Philippines and I will on my trip to San Jose thi month.
Id like to ask where could I possibly buy JDM and Mugen Stuffs near that place.
