Well it looks like SLO is going to win. Is there anyone near Arroyo Grande who'd be available to get the BBQ key?

Also, I recommend we do this Nov 17th or Dec 1st. Thanksgiving weekend would be tough to organize.

I can personally vouch for arroyo grande. They have a couple of decent sized parks for about $100.00 to rent. Includes BBQs and park benches for 100+. The one I'm thinking of sits just behind the Arroy Grande shopping center so you can get supplies while everyone gathers to meet.
