Are cars from North Dakota legal to register in California?

I really want a white Si with navi, but if there are problems getting insurance or anything else for it, I'll wait until one of the crappy dealers in my area lower their prices. I'm all for hondasales's great communication and helpful attitude though.

Probably has something to do with emission standards here in Cali.

That friggen sucks. Everyone who lives in California HAS to buy from a California dealership? I guess I'm screwed until prices go down here.

You should be able to talk them down from 22999 back to 20900. When we bought a Previa brand new a long as time ago, they added a whole bunch of useless shit we'd never use, so we told them to take off all the options and give it to us stock for the price we wanted. We left with the car WITH the options because they didn't want to bother taking it all off, for our price. Of course the demand for a Previa isn't the same as the demand for an Si, so there might be less room to work with.

I got mine @ Thousand Oaks Honda, they gave it to me for $20,540 (19,990 + 550 destination fee), this was the on the 28th, I guess mine did not reflect the price increase. Ask for OLEG and tell him JP sent ya...

Was in and out of the finance room is less than 30 minutes... IMO much better service than those sleaze balls at Honda of Santa Ana..

I live in OC, drove up to the valley to pick up my silver SI... well worth it..

SIMI Valley and San Juan Capistrano also offer @ MSRP...

Friend just bought a GG Si with no added options for MSRP at Family Honda. No mark up..but he's gotta wait for the car to come in though.

Got my SI for MSRP at Santa Ana Honda last Tuesday. The only thing that pisses me off more than dealers marking them up is people paying the markups!

If you go there make an appointment with Ty Treau. He was pretty no nonsense.
