CAMARILLO, Calif. (AP) — The average U.S. price of a gallon of gasoline has jumped 18 cents over the past two weeks.

That's according to the Lundberg Survey of fuel prices, released Sunday, which puts the price of a gallon of regular at $3.69.

Midgrade costs an average of $3.83 a gallon, and premium is at $3.95.

Of the cities surveyed, Denver has the nation's lowest average price for gas at $3.07. San Diego has the highest at $4.24.

In California, the lowest average price was $4.05 in Fresno. The average statewide for a gallon of regular was $4.18.

The price on gas is not going up the dollor is worth less. so it takes more of them to buy the same amount of goods !! its called inflation and it sucks...

4.07 in GA. but with grocery store discounts or Sams Club gas and my Cash Rewards card with 3% cash back im saving close to 20 cents a gallon.

Yeah it's the decrease of value of the dollar.

Feds print money out of thin air.

Anyways, expect it to go higher and then drop when too many complain.

Honestly, if Americans had balls and did a boycott, gasoline prices would drop incredibly.

Even a 1 day boycott would scare oil tycoons.
