I was in court on monday to take care of something, and three people in my courtroom had posession charges.
You pay like a $250 fine, take drug education classes, and it falls off your record when you complete the classes.

![]() Unfortunately I didn't follow that advice. I got busted for 1.1g years ago up here in Canada, right after they reversed the decision to decriminalize small amounts. I got "diversion" which is where you donate money to an anti-drug org. instead of paying a fine and it doesn't stay on your record. They made me "donate" $400!!! Bastards! |

There is a 15 dollar processing fee for a possession ticket.
You have to see the judge because they will order you to attend drug school for about 8 hours, maybe 16. Once you get your signature from the class, you take it back to the judge and he will dismiss the case. I've gotten one and my friends have gotten one, all in different cities. It WILL be on your permanent record though. Oh I think class is like 20 or 40 bucks as well. Get a med license, it's like $100 and you are immune to possession tickets as long as you're not stupid. |
