wow.. many of us are in the same situation.. haha... I recently got cited for my exhaust and intake. I also have the Ti-C. and an AEM intake.. with the CARB EO sticker and the CHP cop told me i needed paper work as well for the intake??? I'm also thinking about going to the state ref for my exhaust.

Is there a cost for going a second time after failing the first time? I can deal with the exhaust and the intake, but I don't want to go through the trouble of removing the throttle body spacer. Thinking of taking the chance of leaving the throttle body spacer on.

hey everyone I see we're all in the same situation with getting "state referee citations" regarding our intake and exhaust. About a month ago I got pulled over for loud exhaust, modified engine equipment, and no catalytic. Anyhow, I got tested today and passed the emissions and db test. All i'm waiting for is my court hearing next month. My question is after i'm cleared with the court and my fine is reduced to a "fix it ticket" will I have to get my car checked by the state referee every other year OR can I just go to a regular smog station? my car is a 2008 civic si and i'm told my car is flagged @ DMV as a "gross polluter".
