Honda North in Clovis, CA sucks!

long story short... i took my 07 si to honda last week, because the passenger seat was deformed. how it got that way? i don't know. i use my driver seat more often and it's holding up. anyways, they scheduled me for today, so i took the car and got a call 5-6 hours later saying that my car was ready for pick up. when i got there the seat was no where near oem spec. the fabric was loose, the airbag was exposed, and the seat belt was not bolted on. i mean wtf?! this is obviously a safety issue. i was pissed. i talked to the advisor and he said it's just a little problem. "a little problem?" i replied. "putting someone else's life in danger is a little problem to you? what the ****? are you retarded?" there were no customers in the area, by the way. so, the other advisors were trying to calm me down. the fucktard had the balls to tell me my car would be ready in 2 hours and that there were people in front of me! lol so i told him "**** you! i want that shit fixed right now. you've had my car for half a day, and did not even inspect it to see if all the parts were reinstalled before calling me. what kind of ****** people do you guys hire anyways?" anyways, after we exchanged a few more words. the fucktard said it would be ready in 20mins. i told him i had to be at a meeting wihtin 30mins and that my brother was going to be driving the car home. i got to the meeting and right before it started i received a call from my brother saying that they broke the new back piece trying to reinstall that shit, and that they were ordering a new one.

anyone know who i can call? i tried calling the service manager, but he's on vacation. they transfered me to the assistant manager, but it's the same retard that i had already talked to, so there really is no point in talking to him.

---------------------------------------

i got a chance to inspect the repaired damages in details after work today, and found a couple parts were missing. here are some pics...

they left the passenger seat like this...

this is an inside shot of the seat belt. left side of the image is the passenger side. right side of image is the driver's side (untouched). it's missing the the black plastic piece that slides over the belt and the black washer between the seat and the belt.

this is the outside of the seat belt. again, left side is the passenger nd right side of image is driver's side (untouched). it's obviously missing the black cap that goes over the bolt.
